1cupfrozen spinach, thoroughly thawed and excess moisture squeezed out
1cupcanned artichoke hearts, well-drained and roughly chopped
1cupcream cheese, softened to room temperature
0.5cupsour cream, at room temperature
0.5cupmayonnaise
1cupshredded mozzarella cheese, plus additional for topping
0.5cupgrated Parmesan cheese, divided
2clovesgarlic, finely minced
0.25teaspoonred pepper flakes (optional for a spicy kick)
to tastesalt and freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a medium-size mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add the well-drained spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, minced garlic, red pepper flakes if desired, and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses to the creamy mixture.
Fold in the ingredients gently but thoroughly until uniformly combined. Adjust seasoning with salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
Transfer the creamy mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese generously on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the topping is bubbly and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly for about 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with tortilla chips or baguette slices. Garnish with parsley for an elegant touch.
