Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin pan or a standard muffin pan.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl, whisk the melted butter and granulated sugar together, then add the milk, egg, and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture using a spatula, stirring gently until just combined.
Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with the batter.
Bake for about 12-15 minutes until the tops are lightly golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
While the puffs are baking, mix 1/2 cup of granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon in a small bowl.
Once the puffs are done, let them cool for about 5 minutes, then brush with melted butter and roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Allow the coated puffs to cool on a wire rack, then dust with powdered sugar.
Serve warm and enjoy!
