to tasteadditional chocolate chips and mini marshmallows for garnishing
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt until evenly mixed. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened unsalted butter, packed brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Cream together on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
Beat in the large egg and pure vanilla extract until well combined and smooth.
Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet mixture, mixing gently until just combined.
Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs until evenly distributed.
Lightly grease a 10-inch cast-iron skillet or any oven-safe pan. Spoon the cookie dough into the skillet and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle more semi-sweet chocolate chips and mini marshmallows over the cookie dough before baking.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the center is soft and slightly gooey.
Let the skillet cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with extra graham crackers for dipping and consider adding whipped cream and chocolate sauce on top.
