In a spacious mixing bowl, combine the diced mangoes, finely chopped red onion, minced jalapeño, and diced red bell pepper. Stir gently to mix the ingredients together.
Add the roughly chopped cilantro along with the juice of the two limes into the bowl.
If a touch of sweetness is desired, drizzle the honey over the mixture.
Using a spatula or spoon, gently toss all the ingredients together until they are well combined.
Season the salsa to taste with salt and freshly cracked black pepper. Stir again to ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed.
To allow the flavors to meld beautifully, let the salsa sit at room temperature for at least 15 minutes before serving.
Serve the Tropical Mango Tango Salsa alongside tortilla chips or as a vibrant topping for grilled chicken or fish.
Notes
For an attractive display, serve the salsa in a colorful bowl and garnish with a few extra cilantro sprigs.
